We reply to every request within 24 to 48 business hours. Our first reply suggests a time for a free 30-minute consultation. If your project is urgent, mention it in your message and we'll take it into account when scheduling.
What happens during the free consultation?
The consultation lasts 30 minutes, by video call, by phone or in person in Liège, Brussels or Namur. We discuss your goals, your current tools and the tasks that take up most of your time. You leave with concrete ideas. If you'd like to go further, we send you a proposal and a detailed quote within 24-48 hours, with no commitment.
Which languages do you work in?
We work in English, French and Dutch, both in our conversations and in the deliverables. The chatbots and voice agents we build handle 50+ languages and are usually set up in English, French, Dutch and often Arabic.
